Contact
your chapter
president NOW about possible MCCC financial support. The
conference costs $120 per night which includes single
dorm room
and 3 meals a day and all conference materials. Look over the schedule
to see how many days you want to attend and plan to attend every day
for which you register!
The MCCC will pay the
conference costs
(housing, meals, registration) for three (3) MCCC members per
chapter, determined by the Chapter President. Unused chapter registrations may be paid up to the total of 45
chapter registrations.
To
qualify for MCCC funding you MUST
1. Get the approval of your chapter president
2. Your chapter president must notify the MCCC office
3. After your chapter president notifies you, submit your application to MTA
by
Wednesday May 27
*The MTA deadline for
individual, non-MCCC supported, registration is Friday June 12, but the
MCCC office must process a standby list for the chapters. If we wait
for the deadline those standby members will be last minute registrants
- workshops etc may not be available.
PRIOR TO Wednesday May 27
- GET CHAPTER PRESIDENT AUTHORIZATION (3 per chapter
guaranteed, more than that on a funding-availability basis (waiting
list)).
- SUBMIT COMPLETED FORM to the MTA,
WITH NO PAYMENT
New this year: Online registration is offered by the MTA, but you will need your chapter president's authorization first.
Williamstown
is a
beautiful location, with a great art museum, sports facilities, and
other cultural and scenic attractions. The conference is a relaxed
summer retreat - give it a try!

- Approved
applications
will be accepted after May 27 through Friday June 12, but on a space
available basis. After June 12, on a space available basis, but must be accompanied
by payment of the MTA late fee of $25 per day. These will be
processed on the above-mentioned basis on a first come, first served
basis up to the end of June
and up to the limit of 45 full registrations.
IT
IS THE ATTENDEE'S RESPONSIBILITY TO GET APPROVAL FROM THE CHAPTER PRESIDENT BY Wednesday May 27.
The
MTA handles your registration. The MCCC handles funding
support.
Note:
Any member is of
course welcome to attend the conference without MCCC support. Simply
register with the MTA!
