also located on the MTA website (click
here). Contact
your chapter
president NOW about possible MCCC financial support. The
conference costs $125 per night which includes single
dorm room
and 3 meals a day and all conference materials. Look over the schedule
to see how many days you want to attend and plan to attend every day
for which you register!
The MCCC will pay the
conference costs
(housing, meals, registration) for three (3) MCCC members per
chapter, determined by the
Chapter President.
Unused chapter registrations may be paid up to the total of 45
chapter registrations.
To
qualify for MCCC funding you MUST use this Support
Authorization document (click here to download) to process
your request. Basically you must:
- Determine the days you plan to attend, and any workshop
fees. The
MCCC will pay $125 per day and any workshop fees. You use the booklet
for that, The link is above if you don't have it.
- Get the approval of your chapter president, noting the
number of days, and workshop fees.
- Your chapter president must notify the MCCC office of the
amount of
support requested, noting the number of days, and workshop fees.
- The office must notify you that you are approved for MCCC
support, and for how much.
- You register yourself with the MTA, using the form in the
booklet, or online, as specified in the booklet. The MCCC does NOT
register you.
Note: The previous MCCC deadline of Wednesday
May 26 is past. However authorizations will still be accepted from
chapter presidents on a space available basis.
Williamstown
is a
beautiful location, with a great art museum, sports facilities, and
