Preconvention Meetings
Regional preconvention meetings have been set for elected delegates to the 2011 MTA Annual Meeting of Delegates in May. At these preconventions, the delegates will receive information and materials critical to their decision-making on organizational matters. Registration for the preconventions begins at 3:30 p.m. Each meeting is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. The following is a list of locations and dates for the 2011 preconventions: Monday, April 11, Cape and Islands, the Cape Codder Resort, Hyannis. Tuesday, April 12, Central Region, Holiday Inn, Marlborough. Wednesday, April 13, Southeast/Metro, Holiday Inn, Taunton (Taunton Inn & Conference Center). Thursday, April 14, Northeast/Metro, Holiday Inn Select, Woburn. Thursday, April 28, Western/Berkshire, Clarion Hotel and Conference Center, Northampton. Further information will be provided to delegates as it becomes available. The Annual Meeting of Delegates will be held May 13-14 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston.
